New Order History Page
The new Order History Page now shows dates, patients, products, and order statuses for all orders on your Blue Rabbit online pharmacy. Additionally, you can search by client or patient, status of the order, or by a single or custom date range to easily find any order(s) you’re looking for. Click the Orders section on your navigation to access your pharmacy’s order history.

Enhanced Orders Display
We have refreshed how orders for your online store are displayed, making it more intuitive to scan and review all orders. We’ve also added OTC products into the queue so your hospital can see a comprehensive view of all orders through your Blue Rabbit online pharmacy.
Storefront Updates
- Order Page Printing
There is now a Print button added directly to your clients’ Order Confirmation page to make it easier for them to take advantage of manufacturer discounts where printing is necessary, or for creating paper records for their own record-keeping needs.
Product Updates
- Additional Products Available
Blue Rabbit continues to add prescribing options to our platform and have added ~6700+ new compounded SKUs – including new products and additional pack sizes of available products – for your medical and prescribing needs.
